We ship all products via Federal Express or
UPS with insurance.
Order processing takes from one to two
business days. Please add this time to your chosen delivery method to
estimate the arrival date of your purchase. We make every effort to ship
orders as quickly as possible; the vast majority go out within 12-36
hours.
For special orders please allow an
additional 2 days.
8' Antennas are based on 70 lb rate from
UPS due to its length.

>Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item,
please e-mail
support@boatantenna.com to
request return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. This
must be done within 48 Hours.
In your message, be sure to include:
1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you wish to exchange
3. The reason for the exchange
We will promptly send you a
replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You
will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for
replacement shipments.

In the unlikely event that we make a
mistake in your order, please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of
the merchandise, via e-mail at

instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
In your message, be sure to include:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the error
You will not be charged any additional
shipping or handling fees for exchange shipments resulting from our
mistake.
>Return Policy:
Within 15 days of receipt of your order any item in original working condition with no visible or
otherwise wear and tear can be returned for either :
a) a refund less 15 percent restocking fee
and less the shipping charges.

b) a full in-store credit less the
shipping charges.

Be sure to send your return via an insured
carrier. Boatantenna.com Inc. is not responsible for lost returns.
Please allow 4 weeks for domestic (US)
returns to be processed, or 4 to 6 weeks for international returns.
If you do not receive credit for your
return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return
shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you
shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that Cell
Antenna Inc. has received the package, please notify
support@boatantenna.com as soon as possible.
Be sure to include your order number in your message.
Returns without a Return Authorization
Number will not be accepted.
